Please call our office to determine if we accept a vision insurance not listed here.
We do not accept Vision Benefits of America.
Dove Valley Vision Center will submit vision insurance claims within 48 hours after the exam. If you wish to purchase materials (eyeglasses or contact lenses) using your vision insurance, we recommend that you do so at the time of your exam. Benefits will have to be reauthorized at a later date if not billed at the time of your visit. They may or may not be available at a later date depending on the insurance plan. It is your responsibility to know your benefits and insurance coverage. You are responsible for providing co-payment, co-insurance, or deductible payment. Please ask our staff if you have any questions. Since vision benefits must be authorized prior to your appointment, please have your vision insurance information available when you call our office to schedule your appointment. If you schedule an appointment online, select the appropriate insurance from the list provided. You will be contacted to verify the insurance information.
